Ambassador of Algeria
Lounis born in 1971 in Algiers. Cartoonist, he worked since 2009 in a national daily “The Day of Algeria” and also with the Cartoon Movement website in Holland, and the Tunisian satirical website Yakayaka and web for the French sites. He has made several national and international exhibitions, Berlin, France, Qatar, Belgium.
Jury Prize at the 1st International Festival of press cartoons and caricature and satire Estaque Marseille France.
